NOC Wins Qatarization Crystal Award

For the second year running, NOC has been awarded one of four prestigious Annual Qatarization Awards, this year being recognised as having the best Support for Learning and Development across the energy sector.

The awards recognise companies that have consistently exhibited excellence over a calendar year in four categories: Support and Liaison with the Education Sector, Supporting Qatarization, Support for Learning and Development and Best Qatarization Progress, the latter NOC won last year.

The crystal award was presented to NOC CEO Frederic Paux by HE Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs in the presence of representatives from across the energy sector at the 24th Annual Qatarization Review Meeting at QatarEnergy’s offices on 5th May 2024.

When it comes to learning and development, there’s a lot that NOC is doing to develop and retain Nationals from extending international assignments to the NOC Leadership Programme, to the Women Leadership Development Program and National Development programme to public speaking training and of course coaching, mentoring, and professional certification and accreditations.
