It has come to our attention that unauthorized individuals have used the North Oil Company name and logo, as well as the names of our executives, for fraudulent purposes concerning supply source certifications in support of the alleged sale of LNG and other hydrocarbons products.

Please be aware that this is a scam that utilises a fake signature of our Chief Executive Officer, Frederic Paux.

North Oil Company’s business is solely related to the production of crude oil: it has no connection with the production or sale of LNG or any other hydrocarbon product. In respect of our crude oil production activities, please be informed that North Oil Company does not issue mandates for individuals or companies to conduct and negotiate business transactions or contracts on our behalf, we do not sell petroleum products directly or through agents to third parties, and we do not issue certifications of supply source, quantity and quality of hydrocarbons products.

If you receive any suspicious letters, fraudulent offers, or emails misappropriating the name and logo of North Oil Company or its representatives we strongly advise you not to respond. North Oil and/or damage incurred as a result of the activities carried out by unauthorized third parties.
