4th Nationalization Event

NOC hosted its 4th Nationalization event, with more than 200 Qataris and managers from across the company attending, and a further 100 joining online. The event is one of the most important on NOC’s calendar and provided a chance to reflect on the focus the company is giving the Nationalization programme, as well as a chance to celebrate the achievements of Qataris at #NOC since its inception five years ago. It's a source of pride that NOC has achieved perfect gender parity in its national workforce, with a 50%/50% split of men and women. The event concluded with 4 annual Nationalization awards for Best Department, Best Leader, Qatari Role Model and Best Developee.
