NOC Wins Qatarization Progress Award

North Oil Company (NOC) is pleased to announce that it has been presented with the 2022 Crystal Award for Best Qatarization Progress at the energy sector Annual Qatarization Review Meeting. The Qatarization Awards are an annual awards ceremony organised by QatarEnergy that recognises companies operating within the domestic energy sector that have made significant contributions and progress in Qatarization. 

NOC has a vibrant Qatarization programme that not only identifies local talent, but also provides internships, on-the-job training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development. These various programmes were installed to deliver support and encouragement for the company’s growing and thriving talent pool of nationals. This year’s Crystal Award underscores North Oil Company’s enduring commitment to recruiting and developing Qatari talent. Furthermore, it also demonstrates NOC’s commitment to the 2030 National Vision by providing opportunities for Qataris to excel within the country’s business landscape. 

This is NOC’s second Crystal Award. The Company previously won in 2019.
